Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.

  • Anna Elegant is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are personal care items, for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once the product has been opened or used.

However, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase:

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your business email] with photos of the issue.

  • We will gladly send a replacement or issue store credit, depending on the situation.

  • Refunds (when approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After that window, orders cannot be canceled as they may already be in processing or shipping.
